TRIAL VERSION

MaintainZip is distributed as shareware. You can freely evaluate the software during the trial period. After this trial period, you must purchase a license if you want to continue using it.
DISTRIBUTION

Any one can freely re-distribute the trial version of this program provided the distribution package is unmodified. You may distribute it via CD-ROMs. You must mention that this program is not a free software.
LICENSED VERSION

The licensed copy with a single user license may be used by only one person at any one time accessing not more than one network computer. With multi user license, the licensed copy may be simultaneously used by multiple users accessing one or more network computers or used on a single computer accessing multiple network computes, provided the number of licenses purchased is greater than or equal to the number of computers used-on or accessed. A site/corporate license allows a company or organization to use the software on any number of computers within their site/corporate location.

The "program" MaintainZip is distributed in the hope that it will be useful. But, it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You use this software at your own risk. In no event shall the author be held liable for any kind of damages, loss or loss of profits arising from the use or misuse of this software.
